A tasty cheese spread recipe, made with blue cheese and cream cheese and seasonings, for parties or gatherings.
Ingredients:
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 to 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons finely grated onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- dash or two Tabasco sauce
- chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation:
Mash cream cheese with a fork; add crumbled blue cheese. Add grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco; blend well. Pile in a serving dish; sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Makes about 2 cups.
