Sandy's Pineapple Chess Pie

This pineapple chess pie was shared on our forum.

Ingredients:

  • 1 c crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 tb cornstarch
  • 1 c coconut
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick of margarine
  • 1 ts vanilla
  • 1 pie shell, baked

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients; pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° 30 to 40 minutes, until done.
