Ingredients:
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen peas in butter sauce
- 1 envelope (about 3/4 to 1 ounce) chicken gravy mix
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1/8 teaspoon dried leaf sage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons diced pimiento
Preparation:
Cook peas in boiling water according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, prepare gravy according to package directions. Stir in chicken, sage, sour cream, and pimiento. Heat through but do not boil. Stir in hot cooked peas. Serve over hot cooked rice or cooked patty shells or toast points.Serves 6.
