Easy Chicken Corn Chowder

Quick and easy chicken and corn chowder recipe is made with corn, chicken, rice, onion, and chicken noodle soup.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 envelope chicken noodle soup mix
  • 1/4 cup long-grain rice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 small (8 ounces) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken, or 1 (5 ounces) can white meat chicken

Preparation:

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil; add chicken noodle soup mix, rice, and chopped onion. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until noodles and rice are tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Add milk, cream-style corn, and the chicken; heat through.
Easy corn chowder serves 4.
