These were a big hit!, Member JG546

I made these this week and I think they are my new favorite cookie. Seriously good, and they have a lot of flavor. I intentionally used this recipe as it did not have coconut. I had no problems at all with the batter or the baking times. I bake A LOT, too, and these were perfect and quick to whip up. I brought them into work and they were gone in minutes. I've also been asked for the recipe by several friends. Easy to make, easy to bake, and super easy to eat. You'll fall in love! Also - perfect blend of salt (peanuts) and sweet (chocolate chips).
