Cook Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup natural unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon soft butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
Preparation:
Whisk together all ingredients; pour into 8 or 9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray and dusted with flour. Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly pressed. Serve with light or fat free whipped topping. Dessert Recipes Index
