Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 6-oz pkg chocolate chips
- 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine the butter or margarine, eggs, sugar, flour,
vanilla, and salt; beat on high speed of a hand held electric mixer until well blended. Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into an unbaked
pie crust. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
