Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pasteurized egg product
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup dark unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or pecans
Preparation:
In a blender, combine cream, milk, pasteurized egg substitute, vanilla, cocoa, and sugar. Blend until smooth. If desired, stir in chocolate chips or nuts. Chill in refrigerator.Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
