Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 to 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation:
Place eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla, and salt in small mixing bowl. Beat 4 minutes. Stir in walnuts or pecans. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. (Pie will settle as it cools.) Cut in wedges and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
