Christmas Candy Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 16 ounces white almond bark, divided
  • 2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup peanuts or pecans
  • 3 tbsp. green candied cherries
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil

Preparation:

Melt chocolate chips and 14 ounces of the almond bark in large saucepan on low heat; stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, cereal and peanuts. Pour into a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Top with cherries. Sprinkle with coconut. Melt remaining almond bark with oil over low heat. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over coconut. Chill until firm.
