- 1 quart (32 ounces) cranberry juice
- 1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 bottle ginger ale, chilled, about 32 ounces
- orange slices, optional
Combine first 5 ingredients; refrigerate to chill thoroughly. At serving time, remove from the refrigerator and add ginger ale. Stir to blend and add orange slices, if desired.
Makes about 16 1-cup servings.
