Holiday Cranberry Punch

Cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice team up in this tasty holiday punch recipe. Add the ginger ale just before serving, and garnish with orange slices, if desired.

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart (32 ounces) cranberry juice
  • 1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 bottle ginger ale, chilled, about 32 ounces
  • orange slices, optional

Preparation:

Combine first 5 ingredients; refrigerate to chill thoroughly. At serving time, remove from the refrigerator and add ginger ale. Stir to blend and add orange slices, if desired.

Makes about 16 1-cup servings.
