Cajun Seasoning

Add more or less cayenne pepper, depending on how hot you want it. Scroll down to see more seasoning recipes.

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well. Store tightly sealed; shake well before each use.
Use in any recipe calling for Cajun seasoning, or sprinkle on fish, poultry, or pork.
