Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot water
Preparation:
Sift sugar into a bowl; stir in corn syrup and vanilla extract. If desired, add a drop or two of lemon or orange extract. Add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of hot water; mix until smooth. If too thick add a few more drops of water. Makes about 3/4 cup.
