Ingredients:
- 4 ounces butter, room temperature
- 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed and finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- dash cayenne pepper
- salt, to taste
Preparation:
Beat butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Blend in remaining ingredients and chill for at least 3 hours. Serve with assorted crackers.
