Asian-Flavored Chicken Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed


Cut each chicken wing through joints, leaving three pieces; discard the tip portions. In a plastic bag, combine remaining ingredients. Add wing pieces and seal the bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours, turning bag occasionally to keep all wings coated. Drain chicken wings and bake in a foil-lined baking pan at 325° for about 40 to 50 minutes.
