Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Cinnamon
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or roasted peanuts, optional
Preparation:
Spread brown sugar in 13 x 9 x 2-inch ungreased baking pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped nuts, if using nuts. Pour the heavy cream evenly over sugar mixture. Cut biscuits into quarters and arrange evenly over top of cream. Bake uncovered at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
