  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Very disappointedApril 07, 2009By princessanath
"My husband and I were very unhappy with the way this recipe turned out. If you are used to a watery, runny cobbler than this is the recipe for you. The biscuit topping baked nicely, but every thing underneath was very soupy. We couldnt eat it."
