Coconut macaroons

Easy coconut macaroons are made with 3 ingredients.

Cook Time: 8 minutes

Total Time: 8 minutes


  • 16 ounces shredded coconut
  • 1 can (14-15 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


Directions for coconut macaroons
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto generously greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Cool coconut macaroons slightly; remove to rack. Makes about 4 to 5 dozen coconut macaroons.

macaroon, Member jensen.p

I like the taste of this macaroon. The problem I have is it came out flat. Not sure why or what I did wrong. I try to be creative put it in mini cup cakes to prevent the flat problem it end up stuck in the paper cup
