Impossible Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

This easy coconut pie makes its own crust.


  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut, divided
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


Combine the eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, butter, milk, 2 cup of coconut, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Mix well.. 

Heat the oven to 350° F.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate. 

Sprinkle with the remaining coconut. 

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Refrigerate leftovers.

at first i thought that the first review was a joke but my 2 friends tried it and it tasted like eggs with coconut i doesnt matter how you cook it it will still be terrible
