These biscuits are supposed to be similar to the famous Red Lobster biscuits.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • generous dash Italian seasoning

Preparation:

Combine first 3 ingredients. Dough will be sticky. Spoon into 12 well-greased muffin tins. Do not use paper liners. Combine last 3 ingredients; brush evenly over the batter. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 450° until nicely browned.

I made these the other dayJanuary 26, 2008By texasguys
"I made them and they turned out really well. I would suggest to add 1/3 cup of cheese since it tends to dry out the biscuit if you don't. Also use 1/2 butter and 1/2 move over butter for your glaze and you will cut the calories in half. :)"
