Cheese Soup

An easy restaurant-style cheese soup recipe, made with canned soups, cheese, and other ingredients.

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces Cheez Whiz
  • 1 can (approx. 14 ounces) chicken broth
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Combine butter, soups, mayonnaise, and Cheez Whiz in medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in broth and season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir occasionally until soup is almonst to boiling point, but do not let it boil.
Serves 4.
