Prep Time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2-inch piece of ginger, sliced
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed. Blend for 2 minutes or until ginger and onions are finely chopped.
