Ingredients:
- 4 ounces butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 5 to 6 slices cooked crisp bacon, drained and crumbled
Preparation:
In a mixing bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat butter until light and fluffy. Lower speed to medium and beat in honey and bacon until well blended. Keep in covered container and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.Use on fresh corn on the cob, sweet potatoes, green beans, or other cooked vegetables.
