Sweet and Sour Sauce

A sweet and sour sauce recipe which is supposed to be similar to a tasty sauce served at Red Lobster restaurants.

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 small can (6 ounces) tomato paste
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish sauce

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients together. Refrigerate, tightly covered. Serve with chicken or as a cocktail sauce with shrimp or other seafood.
