- 2 cups ground yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cups corn kernels, fresh, thawed, or drained
