Here's an easy cornbread from Hawaii.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 5 tbls. cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces (1 cup) butter melted
Preparation:
Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Add milk and eggs. Mix. Add melted butter. Bake at 350
degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 35 to 40 mins
