Easy Corn Bread

Here's an easy cornbread from Hawaii.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 5 tbls. cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 ounces (1 cup) butter melted

Preparation:

Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Add milk and eggs. Mix. Add melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 35 to 40 mins
