Corn Scallop - Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 1/3 cup scalded milk
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup buttered cracker crumbs

Preparation:

Melt butter, add flour and dry seasonings; mix together. Add scalded milk gradually and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Add corn, egg and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole; cover with crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees 30 minutes, or until crumbs are brown.
Serves 6
