Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 (12 oz.) can of corn, drained
- 1 (3 oz.) package of cream cheese with chives
- 2 tablespoons milk
- salt and white pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until hot and well blended. Add salt and white pepper to taste.
This is easy to double, and it can be made ahead of time then heated before serving.
