This crockpot country-style rib recipe is cooked with pineapple and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 pounds country-style ribs
  • 1 (20-oz.) can undrained pineapple chunks
  • 2 (8-oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup thickly sliced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

"while it was cooking i was nervous about it. the mixture of red sauce and pineapples peppers, had a wierd smell and look... but it came out real good... i might do this again.... most tender ribs i ever had."
