Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds country style pork ribs, boneless, cut in cubes
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root or 1 teaspoon dried ground ginger
Preparation:
Put cubes on skewers, leaving a little space between each cube. Place on a hot grill; baste with the sauce and turn frequently. Pork should be done in 25 to 35 minutes, depending on heat.
Grilled Pork Kabobs serves 4.
