- 1 1/2 pounds country style pork ribs, boneless, cut in cubes
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root or 1 teaspoon dried ground ginger
Put cubes on skewers, leaving a little space between each cube.
In a saucepan, bring the marinade to a boil and boil for about 1 minute.
Place the pork on a hot grill; baste with the boiled marinade and turn frequently. Pork should be done in 25 to 35 minutes, depending on heat.
