Slow Cooker Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 5 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Preparation:

Cut wings at joint, remove tips and discard. Heat oil in a large skillet; brown wings until golden brown. Put browned wings in slow cooker. Combine brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce in saucepan; heat until hot and sugar is dissolved. Pour over the wings. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 4 hours.
