Ingredients:
- 3 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained
- 1 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/1 2 cups chopped green pepper
- 1/1/2 cups chopped celery
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube or vegetable base
- 3 to 5 bay leaves
- 1 (14 oz) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup water
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in slow cooker; cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.Shared by Cyndy M.
