Ingredients:
- 3 cups leftover cooked beef, cut up
- 32 ounce package frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped (or combination red and green peppers)
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups beef gravy
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker/Crock Pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. May be cooked on high for 2 to 3 hours, or doubled for a larger slow cooker.Serves 4.
