Cook Time: 5 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 pounds stew beef, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 cup thick and chunky salsa
- 1 envelope burrito or taco seasoning mixture
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 onion, sliced
- shredded cheese, optional
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot; cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours. Serve over hot cooked rice and sprinkle with cheese, or serve with warm tortillas.Serves 4 to 6.
