Spanish Style Stew Recipe

Spanish style beef stew recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds stew beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 3 medium potatoes, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 2 medium onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 can petite peas (16 ounces) , drained
  • 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 8 oz. bottle French dressing
  • 1/2 cup wine

Preparation:

Put beef in Crock Pot, cut up potatoes, onions and green peppers and put them in. Pour French dressing in. Pour wine into French dressing bottle and shake well, then pour into Crock Pot. Cook on low setting for 8 to 9 hours. Before serving, add peas and mushrooms. Serves 6.
