Ingredients:
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 onion, chopped
- 12 ounces cola, 1 1/2 cups
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. favorite BBQ sauce*
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. pepper jelly*
- 2 tsp. malt vinegar*
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation:
Put in Crockpot in order listed. Stir once. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours. Remove skin and bones. Serve with French fries and Cole slaw.*Additions (just what may be on hand).
