Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken, roaster
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Geoff's Instructions:

We simply clean out the chicken, give it a wash then pop it in the crockpot. Add a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of pepper.Leave for about 6 hours on high. When we take the finished product out we drain the remaining juice into a mug, cover with foil and put it in the freezer for about half an hour. This solidifies all the fat at the top of the mug. Scrape this off and the stock that's left we add to the gravy. Makes the gravy Sooooooo much more tasty. Shared by Geoff P.
