Crockpot Mexican Chicken

By Diana Rattray, About.com

Here's an easy Mexican chicken recipe using taco seasoning and chicken in the slow cooker.

Cook Time: 6 hours

Ingredients:

  • Chicken pieces
  • Taco seasoning

Preparation:

Let Mexican chicken cook all day (6 to 8 hours) on LOW or 3 to 4 hours on HIGH. Serve as chicken tacos with tortillas or with a side dish as the main course. Super simple. You really cannot go wrong. Be careful because if you cook too long the bones could come apart into small pieces and could be difficult to separate from meat.
