Cook Time: 6 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 pounds chicken breast tenders
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted (10 1/2 ounce)
- 2 tablespoons regular or grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes or 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Preparation:
Wash chicken and pat dry; arrange in the slow cooker. Combine the soup with mustard and cornstar; add water and stir. Stir in parsley and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours. Serve with hot cooked rice and a side vegetable.Chicken Dijon recipe serves 4 to 6.
