Slow-Cooked Chicken Dijon

This easy chicken Dijon recipe is delicious over rice!

Cook Time: 6 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 pounds chicken breast tenders
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted (10 1/2 ounce)
  • 2 tablespoons regular or grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes or 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Preparation:

Wash chicken and pat dry; arrange in the slow cooker. Combine the soup with mustard and cornstar; add water and stir. Stir in parsley and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours. Serve with hot cooked rice and a side vegetable.
Chicken Dijon recipe serves 4 to 6.
