Cook Time: 4 hours
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 envelopes Good Seasons Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
- 8 oz. frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 pound linguini, cooked and drained
Preparation:
Cut chicken in pieces and place in the crockpot. Mix the salad dressing mix with the water and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for about 3 hours. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and soup until blended. Stir in the mushrooms and pour the mixture over the chicken. Add broccoli cuts and cook for about 1 more hour.
