Hot and Sour Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

4 to 6 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 package Knorr's Hot and Sour Soup Mix

PREPARATION:

Put chicken breasts in the Crock Pot; add soup mix. Pour broth over all and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
Serve with rice or noodles. Hot and sour chicken recipe serves 4 to 6.
