Stuffed chicken breastMarch 26, 2008By cornbreadgirl
"I made this yesterday and will not make it again, not in the crockpot. The chicken was dry and the stuffing was soggy. Only cooked it 2 hrs. on high. Big dissapointment. The gravy tho was very tasty. I put the soup in the skillet where I had browned the chicken, scraping up bits from the chicken and also the butter before adding to crockpot. If I make this again it will be on stovetop, simmering about 30-45 min."
