- 4 to 6 chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad Dressing Mix

I was a little skeptical of this recipe because of its simplicity -- something that takes so little time and effort (not to mention so few ingredients) couldn't possibly be very good. Well, I was wrong! I was amazed by the flavor! I did depart from the recipe slightly only because of time constraints and what I had on hand. I used frozen chicken breasts and added just a bit of bouillon because I knew the water from the frozen chicken would likely dilute the flavor. I also doubled the amount of wine called for because 1/4 cup just seemed too scant (for my own personal preference anyway). I highly recommend this recipe if you need something easy to prepare in the morning to have waiting for you after work. It takes so little time and you will walk in to an amazing aroma when you get home. It also reheats well if you want to take any leftovers to work.
