Chicken Cordon Bleu

Crockpot stuffed chicken with cheese and ham.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

Preparation:

Pound chicken breasts thin. Place 1 slice each of ham and cheese on each breast half Roll up and place into bottom of slow cooker/Crock Pot. Combine golden mushroom soup, 1/2 cup water, and 1/4 cup of dry white wine. Mix well and pour over chicken in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
Serve chicken with rice or noodles.
