Serve this chicken with noodles or rice for a tasty everyday supper.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 to 4 pounds chicken pieces, skin removed
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a deep bowl. Dip each piece
of chicken in the sauce. Place in the slow cooker. Pour remaining
sauce over the top. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or
high for 3 to 4 hours.
