Ingredients:
- 1 dozen corn tortillas
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
- 8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped mild green chiles
- 3 to 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
Preparation:
In slow cooker, make layers of soup, tortillas, cheese, chicken, chiles, onion, soup, until ingredients are all used. Cover and cook on HIGH for 45 minutes. Reduce temperature to low and cook for 6 hours longer.
