  • 2 pounds chicken tenders or boneless chicken breasts cut in strips
  • 1 1/4 cups uncooked converted rice
  • 1 package Knorr's Cream of Broccoli Soup Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • pepper, to taste

"Just as others mentioned, I had an issue with the recommended cook time. The rice was starting to brown after 4 hours on low. In addition, the chicken was just starting to dry out. I stopped the crock pot just in time to save it. I used Knorr Cream of Leek soup instead. The rice was mushy, but tasted okay."
