I was very excited to find a quick, easy-to-make Dijon chicken recipe, especially since I love the dish and don't have a lot of time to cook some days. This was very disappointing. This recipe had a bland taste except for the mustard. I followed the recipe to the letter and then tried it once more with some mild alterations and it was still disappointing. I will just have to save a Dijon chicken meal for when I have more time to cook, because this recipe just doesn't even come close!
