I used four chicken leg quarters (drumstick/thigh). I removed the skin. I browned them lightly in 2 tbl of butter. Spray your crockpot with PAM and place the chicken in the pot. Pour one bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce over the chicken. Make sure every piece of chicken is covered with sauce. Cook on Low for five hours. It was very moist and tasted delicious. I will definitely make it again. I used Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ sauce.
