- 4 to 6 potatoes, sliced about 1/4-inch thick
- 1 package leek soup mix
- 1 thinly sliced leek or 4 sliced green onions
- 1 cup water
- paprika
- Seasonings *
Preparation:
* If you like, add minced garlic and some fresh rosemary to season. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
